Terms of Service Draft

These draft terms are prepared for counsel review before live Payment Links are shared. RangeReady Monitor is an outside-in public posting monitor with human-reviewed alerts, rechecks, and posting review history.

Service boundary

RangeReady monitors public employer-controlled job posting sources selected or confirmed during onboarding. RangeReady identifies public posting signals that may need internal review and routes those signals to the customer by email.

No legal advice or salary recommendation

RangeReady is not a law firm and does not determine legal compliance. RangeReady does not determine the correct, compliant, or recommended compensation range for any role. Customer teams remain responsible for their own posting language, compensation decisions, counsel review, and response to any alert.

Supported source scope

V0 support is limited to public job postings and accessible employer-controlled careers sources that RangeReady can monitor without ATS credentials, applicant data, or private system access. Some sites, third-party boards, unsupported ATS configurations, or blocked sources may be outside the supported scope.

Refund or cancellation for unsupported sources

If a buyer activates a monitor for a source RangeReady cannot reasonably support in v0, RangeReady will contact the buyer. RangeReady may cancel the activation, refund the payment, or agree on a narrower supported source.

Subscription cancellation

Recurring monitor plans should be cancellable through Stripe billing support or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not change historical posting review records already created under the service.

Payment handling

Stripe hosts checkout, collects payment details, sends receipts, and manages payment method data. RangeReady may receive non-secret payment metadata needed to fulfill the monitor, such as selected plan, customer email, business name, checkout status, and payment-link identifiers. RangeReady does not ask customers to send card numbers, bank details, raw Stripe secrets, or webhook payloads.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate company domain, public careers source, billing contact, and alert recipient.
• Review alerts internally before making posting, compensation, or legal decisions.
• Tell RangeReady when a source, brand page, or alert recipient changes.
• Avoid sending applicant data, employee pay records, ATS credentials, or privileged legal material to RangeReady.

Evidence history

RangeReady may keep a narrow source-backed history of posting checks, alerts, acknowledgements, changes, and rechecks for internal review and customer summaries. This history is not a certification, safe harbor, legal defense, or guarantee of compliance.
