Privacy Notice Draft
This draft describes the intended RangeReady Monitor data boundary for counsel review before live Payment Links are shared. RangeReady is designed around public job postings, business contact information, Stripe-hosted payment records, and monitor workflow records.
Information RangeReady expects to handle
- Public job posting URLs, posting text excerpts, location signals, and source metadata.
- Public company information such as company name, domain, and careers source URL.
- Business contact information for People, Talent, Recruiting Ops, founder, billing, and alert recipients.
- Stripe checkout metadata such as selected plan, customer email, business name, and non-secret payment-link identifiers.
- Monitor workflow records such as alert status, acknowledgement, dismissal, recheck request, and monthly summary state.
Information RangeReady should not collect in v0
- Applicant data, resumes, interview notes, or candidate records.
- Employee compensation records, HRIS data, or private pay bands.
- ATS credentials, private ATS exports, or private applicant workflow data.
- Raw card data or bank details. Payment information is handled by Stripe.
- Legal advice, counsel memoranda, or privileged internal legal analysis.
Payment and checkout data
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment collection. RangeReady may receive non-secret Stripe metadata needed to fulfill the monitor, such as the selected plan, customer email, business name, and payment status. RangeReady should not store card numbers, bank account details, raw Stripe secrets, or webhook payloads in the public website repository.
Retention
RangeReady plans to keep posting review history for the period associated with the selected plan unless a different period is agreed in writing. Evidence capture should be narrow: source URL, timestamp, relevant excerpts, content hashes, alert state, acknowledgement, and recheck results.
